IDABEL, OK - A McCurtain County man accused of killing his wife more than 10 years ago, was back in court on Monday.
District Attorney, Mark Matlof, says 39-year-old Jerry Meek pleaded not guilty Monday morning.
Investigators say Meek reported his wife, Hope, missing in February of 2002, several days after he says he last saw her.
The woman's body has never been found, but OSBI believes they've gathered enough evidence to show that she's dead.
OSBI agents arrested Meek last August for her murder.
