ARDMORE, OK--  Prom season is just around the corner, and High School girls across Texoma will be desperately searching for the perfect dress for an unforgettable night.

Cheyenne Nipp is a junior in High school, and though she isn't going to prom until next year, on Saturday she got a jump start on the search for the right dress.

"I'd rather go into Bella's than order it online because you get to actually go to the store and try it on and see how it looks on you and not order it from the Internet and then you get it and you don't even like it or how it looks on you," Nipp said.

On Saturday Cheyenne was one of several lucky girls who got to hit the runway in a brand new prom dress!

Boutique Bella's just opened in January and they're already making a statement with their 2013 prom dress collection.

"We wanted to show our dresses a lot of them just hang on the rack. The girls are real timid about trying them on because they don't like the color," Boutique Owner, Samantha Crook Said.

So owner Samantha Cook said a fashion show is the perfect way to show off her dresses.

"You can't tell a whole lot by it hanging on the rack so it gave us the opportunity for these girls to wear these dresses, for everyone to see what they look like on, and how they're supposed to be worn," said Crook

With prom season just around the corner, it's the prime time for prom dress shopping.

"When December's over, Christmas is over, that's the first thing they start looking for is a prom dress. And the season lasts from about January all the way until about may, and so it's a long season, but it's a lot of fun. I enjoy doing it," Crook said.

The fashion show Just added to the fun for everyone!

Boutique Bella's is located at 103 East Main Street. For more information call (580) 319-5264.
