LAMAR COUNTY, TX - Testimony continues in the trial of a Paris man accused of killing his wife last year.
Police say 42 year old Byron Barrett was arrested in April, after his wife was found dead inside her home.
The district court clerk tells us the state is still presenting evidence in the guilt or innocence phase.
Investigators say, a relative found 47 year old Donna Barrett dead inside her home in the 2500 block of Ballard Drive.
Byron is in the Lamar County Jail on a $350,000.00 bond.
