SHERMAN, TX--- Several business members and community leaders came together this afternoon to celebrate the Sherman Chamber of Commerce's 100th anniversary.

The party was held at the Finley Theater in Sherman.  Sherman Mayor Cary Wacker, County Judge Drew Bynum and several other business leaders spoke about this major milestone.

"Celebrate what you've accomplished, but also raise the bar a little higher each time you succeed," Sherman Chamber of Commerce President Eddie Brown said. "That's what our goal is, we want to raise that bar and continue to raise that bar."

The Sherman Chamber of Commerce brings business and professional people together. Members take on several projects throughout the year and work with businesses, organizations and community members to build a healthy economy and promote city growth.
