NEW YORK, Feb. 21, 2013 /PRNewswire/ -- Bernstein Liebhard LLP is investigating whether the Board of Directors of Cornerstone Therapeutics Inc. ("Cornerstone Therapeutics" or the "Company") (NASDAQ: CRTX) and Chiesi Farmaceutici SpA ("Chiesi"), the majority shareholder of Cornerstone Therapeutics, are breaching their fiduciary duties to the Company's shareholders in connection with an offer by Chiesi, to take the Company private.
