SHERMAN, TX -- Police are looking for a man who they say stabbed another man after breaking into his house.

It happened Monday in the 1400 block of North Ricketts Street.

Sherman police say 25 year old Steven Foust threw a chair at the home owner and stabbed him in the leg before running away.

Foust is described as a white male, 5 feet 9 inches, about 170 pounds, with black hair and brown eyes.  He has a tattoo on his upper left arm.

He was last seen wearing a blue and white checkered shirt and jeans.

If you know where Foust may be you are asked to contact the Sherman Police Department at 903-892-7290.
