CADDO, OK--- The manhunt that started after a routine traffic stop in Caddo, Oklahoma last night is finally over. Police say they arrested the man in Bryan County this morning.

Yesterday, Caddo Police say a man fled on foot from a traffic stop in Bryan County after running from a stolen car.

They say they believed that man to be 26-year-old Randy Locklier. They say he was carrying a gun and police asked for the public's help in locating him. This morning they received a tip that he was at a Valero gas station in Caddo around 9 a.m.

Store workers say Locklier was asking customers for a ride to Durant when Caddo Police arrived. They then detained Locklier and booked him into Bryan County Jail.
