SHERMAN, TX - A Sherman woman dies after being hit by a car on Highway75 Friday night. Now investigators are trying to figure out why she was walking on the highway.

Police say the car crashed into 26 year old Hope Douglas right in the middle of 75, killing her.

Now they're trying to figure out exactly what led up to the crash.

The Critical Accident Investigation Team says the driver doesn't appear to be at fault.
