SAVOY, TX - A Texoma community rallies behind it's police chief amidst rumors of wrong doing and possible firing.

Council members were in executive session for nearly 3 hours Friday night.

They're still being very tight lipped as to what they're discussing about current Police Chief, Levi Cunningham.

But the citizens and officials who came to support him, were more than willing to speak up.

An unusually large crowd of people gathered at Friday's city council meeting in Savoy.

All of them drawn there for the same reason, because they heard the council may fire Police Chief, Levi Cunningham.

And none of them were happy about it.

We're told Mayor Joe Isom says no action will be taken yet because they still have to consider some more rules and regulations.

We tried to find out what exactly this is about, but the mayor, and every council member refused to give us any details.

We'll bring you more information when it becomes available.
