Coal county, ok-- A Coal County deputy is being investigated by the Oklahoma State Bureau of Investigations.
KTEN talked to Sheriff Bryan Jump who wished not to appear on camera , Jump said a Coal County deputy from the drug court is currently being investigated by the OSBI.
According to the Sheriff the deputy under investigation has been placed on administrative leave with pay and officials are not releasing the his name at this time.
OSBI spokesperson Jessica Brown said the investigation is still ongoing.
Once OSBI's investigation is complete, they will turn the investigation over to the Coal County district attorney.
