LONE GROVE, OK--  Progress is flowing in one of its biggest projects for the year for the City of Lone Grove.

Been submitted for the construction of the city's new waste water treatment plant.

Officials tell us after several months of planning, they are moving forward with in bid process. The city is working to make sure the cost for the project is effective for it's residents.

The new plant will allow businesses and households to operate on city sewer lines and would help add value to the city by fixing many waste water treatment concerns.

Once construction on the wastewater treatment plant begins, it will take crews about fifteen months to complete the project.
