DENISON -- No one wanted to talk when we showed up at the Denison address of 48-year-old Abundio Rivera Vazquez.

Vazquez is currently facing two indictments, both out of Grayson County in 2011.

According to the indictments, Vazquez allegedly photographed a woman in a private dressing room without her permission "with the intent to arouse or gratify a sexual desire or invade that person's privacy."

Grayson County prosecuting attorney Brett Smith says Vazquez committed a similar crime two months later.

He was released on bond in July of last year, but then in late October 2012 month, Smith claims Vazquez was up to his old ways.

"Evidence was presented from witnesses yesterday [Wednesday] that Mr. Vazquez had been arrested for disorderly conduct in a public retail establishment in McKinney for committing acts very similar to what the indictments allege in Grayson County," Smith said.

Vazquez was booked back into jail after his hearing on Wednesday without bond. An attorney for Vazquez had no comment.

A trial date has been set for early next year.
