PONTOTOC COUTY, OK - OHP says a young Ada woman is dead after a head on collision in Pontotoc County late last night.
Troopers say it happened just before midnight on SH 3W, about 8 miles Northwest of Ada.
22 year old Kayla Jane Williams was driving South when she crossed the center line.
Her Geo Prism hit a semi tractor trailer in the Northbound lane.
Williams was pinned in her car for about an hour. She was pronounced dead on the scene.
Her passenger, 24 year old Jerry Pete Wheeler, was taken to the hospital with a head injury.
The other driver was not hurt.
