PRODUCTION--Full Time Technical Director/Production Assistant

KTEN Television has an immediate opening for a full time Technical Director/Production Assistant. Selected applicant must maintain working knowledge of camera operation, character generator, tape operation, server ingest/playback, digital switcher and audio board operations. Responsible for editing news b-roll and packages as needed. Responsible for care and proper use of equipment. Should maintain good working relationships with co-workers, and all other departments. Should possess knowledge and techniques needed to achieve a high quality broadcast production and operation. This position is intended to develop into a role as a part or full time director/technical director. Aptitude to achieve this level of responsibility is also needed.
