Sherman's Dru Smith named Built Ford Tough Player of the Week - KTEN.com - No One Gets You Closer

SHERMAN, TX --Sherman senior quarterback Dru Smith is one of six student athletes in Texas Class 4A football honored as a Built Ford Tough player of the week.

Smith went off in the Battle of the Ax last Friday completing 20 of 25 passes for 407 yards three touchdowns and even running one in.

He's also a stud in the class room achieving a 3.5 GPA and is very involved in the community reading to elementary school youngsters and participating in the FCCLA.
