Champion Cooling Corporation is a finalist for the 2012 Texas Workforce Solutions Employer of the Year.
The award recognizes Texas companies who are making a contribution in their community's workforce.
Champion is one of five businesses to be nominated.
"Being recognized as employer of the year by the Texas Workforce Commission and being one of the top 5 finalists is just an outstanding award for the effort that the team here at champion has put into," said Brian Aspell, Vice President of Manufacturing.
The winner of this year's employer of the year award will be announced at a luncheon in November.
