Bonham Superintendent Stepping Down

BONHAM, TX -- The man in charge of schools here has decided it's time to move on.

Bonham superintendent Sonny Cruse says he is leaving the district after five years. Cruse is moving to Huntsville, the home of Sam Houston and Texas death row, to become the deputy superintendent.

Cruse will stay on through next month. The school board plans to meet Monday at 5:30 p.m. in a closed executive session to discuss the search for a new superintendent.
