DENISON, TX -- A Fannin county native will soon become the man in charge at Grayson College.  Bonham native Dr. Jeremy McMillen has been named the school's new president.  He is currently the associate vice president for academic affairs at Trinity Valley Community College in Athens, Texas. Trustees picked him last night after holding visits with four candidates.

"In that interview he outlined something's that he's anxious to get started on, he's anxious to meet everyone in the community, he's anxious to get to know the employees," said Shelle Cassell, Director of Public Information for Grayson College.

Dr. McMillen will attend a budget planning day in June and start full-time next month.  The current president is retiring after 16 years.
