The spring livestock show features beef, swine, sheep and goats. The fall livestock show features smaller animals, such as poultry and rabbits.

Students will begin weighing in steers at 7 a.m. this morning and the swine show will kick off at 10 a.m. today. The beef show will begin at 5 p.m. today and sheep and goat weigh-in will happen at 7 p.m.

The sheep show will start Friday's activities beginning at 10 a.m. The goat show will follow 30 minutes after the sheep competition ends, officials said.

On Saturday, a fitting competition begins at noon. At 4:30 p.m., a barbecue dinner will be served and herdsman awards will be handed out to winning participants at 5:15.
