PONTOTOC CO., OK -- Severe weather in Texoma took the life of one woman Monday night.
According to Pontotoc County Sheriff John Christian, they got a call of damage to a mobile home in the community of Happyland, Oklahoma just about 5:30PM Monday evening. When crews arrived they saw little left of the mobile home that appeared to have been tossed by strong winds.
Emergency crews recovered the first victim, a male. He was taken to Valley View Hospital in Ada. Currently, no word on his name or condition.
It was about two hours later crews found the body of a woman who was trapped under the frame of the trailer. She was pronounced dead at the scene.
