Chase Shannon - KTEN.com - No One Gets You Closer

Chase joined the KTEN News team in September 2011 and is excited to be in an area that is as "sports crazy" as he is.

Chase isn't too far from home. He grew up in Dallas and graduated from Lutheran High School in 2007 lettering in football, basketball and baseball.

After high school it was off to Oklahoma State University (Class of 2011) to chase the dream -- sports broadcasting.

KTEN  has made that dream come true. In the short time he's been here he's already made life long memories and couldn't ask for more.

His favorite sports team is the Dallas Mavericks (ask him about painting up for every playoff game in 2006), and Dirk is his absolute hero.
