The Oklahoma State Bureau of Investigation continues to follow leads in the murder of Carol Mowrer. The 66-year-old woman was found dead inside her home at 6409 Lake Estate Road near Tishomingo October 26 by a home health care worker. Agents discovered several safes missing from her home. Inside one of the safes were several pieces of jewelry. OSBI Forensic Artist Harvey Pratt has sketched a likeness of one of those items – an emerald necklace pendant. An individual familiar with the pendant described it for Pratt's sketch.
