***Time is an issue!!! I didn't get my work out in today. I know.. bad. Was tied up this morning with stuff. I was going to go to the gym tonight but... got tied up with work stuff. That means I'll work extra hard tomorrow. We all have to realize we're not perfect and not every day will be exactly as planned. I did, however stick to my diet. As long as I'm not gaining fat I'm ok. By the way... another weigh in and fat check is planned for next week.
***Work out at work!!! A few years ago I was the joke of the newsroom because I got rid of my comfy desk chair and replaced it with a big exercise ball to sit on. Guess what jokesters... THAT'S A GOOD THING TO DO!! I found this in Fitness Magazine::

I've had several people say they've watched this series, and now they too are getting up and moving. If our humiliation helps at least one person get healthy... it's worth it ;)
