Kicking off week six and feeling good. Getting a little concerned though, I'm gonna have to find some money to buy new clothes!!! :)
I haven't been on the scale in a couple of weeks, but at the end of this week we will do another weigh in and check for body fat and should see some results.

Not just running and jumping but we need to talk about correct form. Because if do a particular movement and you do it wrong, you might as well not do it at all.
