Hit a milestone today... One of those where you feel accomplished and proud of what you've done.
After less than 3 weeks of eating right and working out, I had my first real weight and measurement done.
I'm down 18 lbs and have lost nearly 10 total inches!!!
Good day for sure!! Only thing to make it better is a Ranger win tonight!
Meals for today
Breakfast - Oatmeal
Mid Morning - Protein Shake
Lunch - Chicken Fajitas at Jalapeno Tree (no cheese, sour cream, rice, tortillas... just the chicken and veggies)
Mid afternoon - Vegetables
Dinner - 6" Turkey on wheat from subway. No cheese with mustard
