Been a few days since I wrote in here... Workouts are getting, much easier. It's great to push yourself to the point that you think you can't do any more and not hurt so bad you can't get up the next day.
I'm starting to be able to see the effects myself. I look thinner through the face and most everyone I see says they can also see the difference, so that's more motivation to keep pushing!
Meals are much easier, and the good thing is I still don't feel deprived. Rarely am I hungry, and I'm not missing the hamburgers, etc. Although, a big enchilada sounds good right now!
I get measured on Friday to see exactly how much I've lost.
Breakfast - Oatmeal
Mid Morning - Protein shake
Lunch - Grilled Chicken Breast
Mid Afternoon - 2 hard boiled eggs
Dinner - Pork Chops, Mixed steamed vegetables
