Whew, what a day!
I ended up working what we call "dayside" today (real people hours) so I missed my day in the gym with Jami. I'm hoping to get out of here at a decent hour to at least squeeze in a walk (weather permitting).
One thing I noticed today, because I was in the newsroom all day and didn't work out.. my arms are stiff! Hurts to stretch them out! Too long hammering away at the computer I guess.. :)
Lesson learned -- make time to get up and move!
