Interesting day today... when I went to put on a t-shirt that is historically tight, I didn't have to "stretch" the middle out to fit around my big gut! I guess things are starting to take shape! Shirts fitting better, pants are a little looser, and I definitely feel better!
Workouts don't seem as tough this week... I'm not "quite" as sore, but feel more like rubber in my muscles. The workouts are a little easier this week, and I already feel like I have more energy.
My toughest time comes at night... Historically, I'm a night owl, and stay up late... and yes.. I eat. That part has been the toughest for me. I want to go look for something to eat before I go to sleep at night. It was a bad habit when I got into it, and it's really hard to break. But, so far, so good! I've heard it takes 3 weeks to break a habit... I'm 1 1/2 down!
Looking forward to my weigh in on Friday... I have a feeling I'm going to see results!
Workout: Protein shake, one banana
Mid morning: Granny Smith apple
Lunch: Grilled Chicken (burning out on chicken... need to find more lean protein)
Mid afternoon: Hard boiled egg, Plum
Dinner: Grilled Chicken and Vegetable medley
