ALLEN, OK--Just days after a house fire claimed the life of a woman in Allen, Oklahoma, firefighters had to battle another blaze.
Early Sunday morning, crews were called to a house fire in Allen at 405 N. Broadway.
Pontotoc County Red Cross teams arrived to the scene around 3:30 AM. Volunteers met with at least 6 people who were affected by the fire. They declined assistance.
According to a Red Cross spokesperson, this incident wasn't far from the fatal fire that occurred less than a week ago.
