For those who know me... you know I take care of business. If something needs to be done... I get it done. I also want to see results from what I've done. So, for me to be at day 4 and I feel fatter than I did when I started is very frustrating.
But, I'm determined to keep going. Tomorrow is my day at The Fitness Professionals with Jami. I will go in and burn those calories and hopefully melt this fat.
Ugh...just .. blah today.
Next week we'll start with some tips to help everyone get moving and get healthy.
