Today marks the second day of the Biggest Loser challenge... My shoulders and arms hurt so bad I could barely move them most of the day!!! Everything hurt so bad last night, it took Icy Hot that's used on horses to ease the pain. Advil and I have a very close relationship right now!
Enough whining... The leg workout is tomorrow.... Hopefully I can walk on Thursday!
Meals for the day:
Breakfast: one cup of oatmeal
Mid morning: 2 bananas
Lunch: 2 chicken breasts... grilled
Mid afternoon: 2 hard boiled eggs
Dinner: Chicken and vegetables
Only had un sweet iced tea and water to drink today, and apparently, I'm supposed to cut off all food by 7pm
