And let the games begin. Today I started my first work out session with Jami and Jeff Miller with the Fitness Professionals in Ardmore. Lets just say this old woman doesn't move like she use to.
Every week, Kris Hair and I will update you on our progress to see who can lose the most weight and get healthy in 12 weeks.
Right now, I hurt. :) But, Jami says... "No Whining!"
