Started my first round of workouts today... If I said I wasn't sore, I'd be lying... I can barely move my arms up over my head!
This blog is where I'll share with you tips I've learned. Along with my meals for the day.
Today's meals:
Breakfast: Oatmeal
Workout: Chocolate protein shake
Mid Morning Snack: 2 bananas
Lunch: Grilled Chicken Breast, 1 avocado
Mid afternoon Snack: 2 hard boiled eggs.
Dinner: Chicken, Brown Rice, Broccoli
The thing I've noticed with the abundance of protein, is that I'm not hungry! And that's a good thing!
Until Next time...
Kris
