SHERMAN, TX--If you're doing any home renovations, you're in luck!

Most of the items are brand new and have been donated from local stores such as Lowe's and ABC Supply.

"When we have a surplus of things, we don't want to send it to the landfill. We want to reuse them, to be used in the community and have a chance to give back to the community when they've been so generous to give to us," said Grayson County Habitat Director, Laurie Nealy.

All of them items will be at least fifty-percent off the retail price, and many items will be as much as seventy-five percent off. All proceeds from this sale will help build more houses for Habitat for Humanity.
