DENISON, TX--Making time for breakfast could make a difference on the number you see on the scale.  Fitness Trainers say breakfast is the most important meal of the day.

Starting your morning with a quick breakfast helps start your metabolism and the earlier you get it going, the more calories you burn throughout the day.  If you don't have time in the mornings to cook up a gourmet breakfast, here are two easy ideas that take less than five minutes.

Teresa's Favorite: "Peach Cobbler" Breakfast

Place a handful of frozen sugar free peaches in to a bowl.  Then microwave for about 25 to 30 seconds.  Once the peaches are warm, top them off with a plain yogurt.  Then finish the dish by sprinkling grape nuts over the top.  Takes 2:30 minutes.

Shawn's Favorite: "Egg Sandwich" Breakfast

Pour about half a cup of egg beaters into a bowl.  Then sprinkle with you choice of seasoning.  Then place in the microwave to cook.  When it's done, place the cooked eggs on a English muffin then top with cheese.  Takes about 3:30 minutes.
