We encourage you are bringing friends and family members to support you. Just keep in mind they may not be allowed in the actually audition area (unless it is a minor who is auditioning).
EVERYONE under 18, (contestants), MUST have permission from their parents or legal guardian to audition AND must be accompanied by one of their parents or their legal guardian.

If your act includes any type of animal you will need two sets of paperwork with you at your audition:
1. You will need a copy of your inoculation records from your veterinarian, verifying that your animal(s) have all of their current vaccinations.
2.Let us know in advance (during registration) if you plan to use animals during your act. Use of animals in an act is solely up to the discretion of the producers. Their decision is final.
Texoma's Got Talent will be held on Thursday, January 28, 2010 from 10am – 7pm. It will take place at the Choctaw Event Center in Durant, Oklahoma. Acts are encouraged to show up early as competition will take place on a first come, first serve basis. The competition will end at 7pm. Producers will make every effort to get all contestants before the judges. However, those in line after 7pm may not have a opportunity to compete. Producers reserve the right refuse any act from the competition. The decision to allow an act to compete is at the sole discretion of the producers and their decision is final.
A panel of six judges will chose up to five acts that will be guaranteed an audition in front of the producers of America's Got Talent at their official competition city, Dallas, TX on January 30th & 31st. There is no formal criteria for judging of acts. Judges will select winners based on unanimous decision of the panel based solely on each judge's personal preference on the performance and appearance of each act. Any ties will be broken by the judges chair. (A non-voting panel member, except in the case of a tie or a judge on the panel not being able to complete the judging expect ions throughout the completion time.) The decision of the judging panel will be final.
As a condition of participating/competing in Texoma's Got Talent you give KTEN-TV and its sponsors the unlimited and unrestricted right to use your performance and likeness in promotional materials, videos, on-air and in all media at the sole discretion of KTEN-TV.
