Couple Wanted By FBI Arrested in Ardmore

ARDMORE, OK - Two people wanted by the FBI and wanted for robbing a bank in New Jersey were caught in Ardmore Wednesday afternoon.

A sheriff's deputy made the arrest. He said he was following the couple's car on Commerce Street, when the driver started acting suspicious. The deputy ran the car's tag and it came back wanted in the robbery.

Charles Koch, 27, and Cheri Harper, 26, were taken into custody. Carter County Undersheriff Milton Anthony says the couple was staying at a nearby hotel and when their room was searched authorities uncovered a large amount of cash. The pair go before a judge tomorrow to see about waiving extradition for the charges out of New Jersey.
