Low Turnout at H1N1 Clinic in Grayson County

Denison, TX -- Grayson County opened it's H1N1 flu vaccine clinic to the public Monday. Deeda Payton reports on the surprisingly low turnout.

Monday, the health department vaccinated residents between the ages of two and 49 with the flu mist or live virus. Anyone over the age of 49 got a flu shot. Vaccines were available at both locations in Sherman and Denison. Each location started the day with 500 doses and they had less than 50 people come in to get vaccinated.

If you didn't make it out, the Grayson County Health Department is holding another clinic open to the public this Friday, December 11th from one to six o'clock in the afternoon.
