May 23rd 2009

1. Officers took a report concerning an adult providing alcohol to a minor. The teen suffered injuries from a bicycle accident while he was intoxicated. The teen was transported by EMS to the hospital. Investigating officers determined that a 23-year old Hugo woman had provided "Everclear" to the teen. Charges against the woman are pending.

2. Officers arrested a 50-year old Hugo man at an eastside convenience store for Public Intoxication. The man was observed by a bystander, drinking a beer in front of the store.

3. Officers took a report in the 1100 block of W. Main St. concerning Violation of a Protective Order.

4. Officers arrested a 28-year old Hugo man in the 1100 block of W. Main St. for Driving Under Suspension and Public Intoxication.

May 24th 2009

1. Officers arrested a 55-year old Hugo man in the area of 14th and Kirk St. for public Intoxication.

2. Officers took a report in the area of W. 1st and Webb St. concerning a dog bite.

3. Officers took an information report concerning a civil matter.

4. Officers took a Burglary report at a westside apartment complex. The 23-year old female victim alleged that a 23-year old Hugo man entered her apartment while everyone was asleep and stole her television of which she could not provide a serial number to.

May 25th 2009

1. Officers took a theft report in the 200 block of Bissell St.

2. Officers took a report concerning a 32-year old Soper man violating the Oklahoma Sex Offender Act. The report has been referred to the D.A.'s Office for review.

May 26th 2009

1. Officers took a Pump Piracy report at an eastside gas station.

2. Officers arrested a 25-year old Hugo man in the 1100 block of S. 'J' St. for Disturbing the Peace, Using Profane and Abusive Language and an outstanding warrant.

3. Officers took a report in the 500 block of Brown St. concerning possible Exploitation by a Caretaker. The matter is under investigation.

4. Officers took a Burglary report at a westside apartment complex.

May 27th 2009

1. Officers took a report concerning the theft of a lawnmower and it's subsequently being located by the owner at a local pawnshop. A warrant for the 21-year old suspect is being sought at this time.
