May 8th 2009

1. Officers took a report concerning Harassment by Phone.

May 9th 2009

1. Officers took a Vandalism report in the 100 block of N. 'H' St. The reporting party advised that so meone shattered the windows out of a van.

2. Officers were dispatched to the 800 block of S. 3rd St. in reference to a disturbance. Upon arrival officers heard a female crying inside the residence. Officers yelled for the occupants to open the door and a short time later the female resident opened it. Once inside the residence the 18-year old female victim advised th at her 22-year old ex-boyfriend had entered her residence uninvited and struck her across her face with a metal pipe. The victim advised that he had ran to a back bedroom as she opened the door for the police. Officers proceeded to the bedroom and noted upon entering that the suspect had fled through an open window. Officers immediately exited the residence and observed the suspect running away. Officers yelled for the subject to stop and gave chase. The suspect ran into a dense wooded area where they lost him. A warrant for his arrest is being sought.

3. Officers took a report concerning Violation of a Protective Order. The victim's mother advis ed that the 23-year old brother to the suspect in the abovementioned incident has been calling and text messaging her daughter of whom she has a protective order against.

4. Officers arrested a 48-year old Telephone, TX man and a 36-year old Bryan Co., Ok man in the area of Jackson and 3rd St. for Possession of CDS with Intent to Distribute and Possession of a Firearm After Former Conviction of a Felony. The charges may be refered to Federal Prosecutors due to both subj ects having previously served Federal prison sentences.

May 10th 2009

1. Officers took a Burglary report in the 700 block of W. Finley. The victim advised that someone shat tered the passenger side window of her vehicle then removed a wallet containing cash and personal items.

2. Officers took two Vandalism reports at the rodeo arena. Two vehicle windows were shattered.
