46, from Sherman, pled guilty to Possession of a Controlled Substance - Methamphetamine and was sentenced to 17 years in prison.

SHELTON, DOYLE WELDON

50, from Anna, pled guilty to Driving While Intoxicated- 3rd or More and was sentenced to ten years in prison.

LASHLEY, PAUL WAYNE

48, from Denison, pled guilty to Criminal Mischief over $100,000 and Criminal Mischief over $20,000 and was sentenced to eight years in prison and a $1,500 fine on each.  Lashley also pled guilty to Possession of a Controlled Substance - Heroin and was sentenced to one year state jail.

24, from Van Alstyne, pled guilty to two counts of Aggravated Assault with Deadly Weapon and was sentenced to eight years in prison on each charge.

34, from Sherman, was sentenced by the judge to four years in prison for failing to comply with the terms of his probation previously granted for two counts of Driving While Intoxicated - Enhanced.  Dodson was also sentenced by the judge to four years in prison for failing to comply with the terms of his probation previously granted for three counts of Failure To Appear.
