Subject`s vehicle was parked in the street in front of her residence where it was burglarized.  One of the neighbors told her that he saw a group of kids out on the street around 0300 hrs  and, that, in fact, they had come to his house.  The vehicle was locked but the suspect managed to make entry to the vehicle without damaging anything. Property owner stated the suspects are two unknown white males, that left in a small green pickup. The estimated damage value was $200-$400.

Sherman Police Dispatch received a call from the manager advising that she was watching two females in the store who were concealing merchandise. When I arrived the two females were identified and during a warrant check a warrant was confirmed out of the Collin County Sheriff`s Department on Brooke Kemp for Fail to ID/giving false/ficticious information/fugitive from justice. [09/15/2008 22:21, KEVINC, 132] Coveney # 224 On 09/15/2008 police were dispatched to the 1100 block of N Harrison.  The caller stated that his home had been broken into and that he chased the person out of his home. Police spoke with the homeowner who said that when he came home from work he noticed items in the house appeared to have been disturbed.  As the homeowner began walking through the house he saw a man run from the livingroom and climb out of a broken window.  The homeowner chased the man out the window and into a nearby yard where the man got into a car and fled the scene. [09/16/2008 00:54, KEITHM, 63] MCGUIRE 074 On 09/15/08 at 2034 hours I received a call from dispatch advising me to go to the 4400 block of Howe Dr. where the victim was and wanted to report a burglary of his residence. Upon my arrival I was advised that several item had been stolen from his residence after the suspect gained entry to the residence through an unlocked window. This officer was able to obtain information that lead this officer to another location where I was able to retrieve some of the property.  The property was seized and taken to the police department and tagged as evidence.  No arrest was made at this time pending further investigation. [09/16/2008 01:07, TRENTP, 130] Painter 222 On 9-16-08 at 0037hrs, Sherman PD officers responded to the 2900 block of N Hwy 75 in reference to a theft.  Upon arrival, witnesses said a white male entered the business and approached the adult beverage cooler located near the back of the store.  An employee informed the man alcoholic beverage could not be sold after midnight.  The man enter the cooler and removed a box containing eighteen alcoholic beverages and ran from the store.  Witnesses said the man got into a unknown white passenger car that was parked to the south of the store.  The vehicle was last seen traveling south on the west control road of Hwy 75.  The box of beverages is valued at $17.99. Assault Causes Bodily Injury Family Violence [09/16/2008 04:44, KEVINC, 132] Coveney # 224 On 09/16/2008 Sherman Police Dispatch received a 911 call at 02:17.  The caller stated that a woman was being assaulted and police were needed. Police arrived in the 1600 block of W Lamar and spoke with a woman at her residence.  The woman told police that everything was fine, that her and her boyfriend were just having a verbal argument. After further investigation it was revealed that the woman had assaulted her boyfriend and daughter.  The woman was arrested and booked into Grayson County Jail.
