[08/21/2008 09:36, JOHNK, 59] Kennemer J. 117     On 08/21/08, at 0827 hours, the victim call the Sherman Police Department and advised of a theft from a motor vehicle. The victim stated the theft occurred in the 1300 block of North Travis Street.     The victim advised an unknown suspect(s) entered into her 2003 Toyota Camry and removed CDs, a set of binoculars, an umbrella, several power cords, and a coin purse. [08/21/2008 11:03, BRIANN, 100]   On Thursday, August 21st, 2008, I was dispatched to the Camelot Apts in reference to criminal mischief.  Upon arrival the complainant told me his ex-girlfriend had knocked the driver`s window out of his vehicle.  The window was broken, and there was a beer bottle in the floorboard, the same kind his ex-girlfriend drank.  A witness told me he heard the glass breaking, and when he went outside he saw a b/f walking from the complainant`s car and getting into a tan 4 door car driven by someone else.  The comp said that was his ex-girlfriend, and the car belonged to, and was driven by, her friend.  Additionally, the comp showed me on his cellphone where he had received 40 calls from his ex-girlfriend, on her friend`s phone, in less than two hours, around the time his window was broken out.  Reports were completed for Criminal Mischief and Telephone Harassment. [08/21/2008 15:20, BRIANN, 100]   On Thursday, August 21st, 2008, I was dispatched to Camelot Apts in reference to criminal mischief (see report #080004484).  In addition to the criminal mischief, the complainant told me that the same suspect, his ex-girlfriend, called him 40 times in less than 2 hours.  He said she also called his new girlfriend 5 times, in less than 30 minutes, and left a threatening message.  So, another report was completed for telephone harassment. Theft Prop>=$50<$500 [08/21/2008 16:59, TALR, 72]  Rhew 158 On 08/21/08, Officer Rhew was dispatched to 106 W Lake St in reference to a theft report. Officer Rhew made contact with a complainant and learned that two juveniles had removed her son`s bicycle from their front yard.  She had followed the suspects to the alley west of 1600 S Crockett.  She chased the suspects around a warehouse until they dropped her son`s bicycle. She retrieved her son`s bicycle and contacted police. A report for theft of property >=$50<$500 was completed.

Carson 207 On August 21, 2008 at 2345 hours, Officer Carson 207 was  patrolling in a marked patrol unit in the 500 block of West Lamar  Street.  Officer Carson saw a vehicle traveling the wrong way on  Lamar Street headed West bound from the 300 block of West Lamar  Street.  Officer Carson initiated a traffic stop in the 500 block of West Lamar.  The driver was issued a citation for driving  wrong way on a one way.  The driver failed the standardized field sobriety test and was arrested for driving while intoxicated.
