On 03/07/08, Sherman Fire Department was dispatched to 901 S. Bryant to a structure fire. When they arrived on scene, Krystal Collier told responding officers that she didn`t know where her husband, Craig Escoe, was.  She said that he may possibly still be in the residence.  Victim Escoe was found, deceased, inside the residence. I arrived and spoke to the involved other Jared Householder about 1609 hours. He stated that the suspect( Earnest Roberts) had stolen a ring from the counter and would not return it. The ring was returned to Jared Householder and He told me he did not want a report or charges filed but did want a criminal Trespass warning issued to Earnest Roberts to never return to F&I Pawn Shop. I issued the warning to Earnest Roberts and he stated he understood it. A warrant check on Earnest Roberts showed an outstanding Theft by Check warrant #0028940807 from Collin County Texas. The suspect was arrested for this warrant and transported to Grayson County Jail where he was booked in and released into the Jailers custody Warrant Arrest
