KTEN News at 10 airs from 10pm until 10:35pm every weeknight on KTEN-TV (analog Channel 10) and KTEN-DT (digital Channel 10.1).
KTEN News at 10 is anchored by Lisanne Anderson.
Lisanne joined the KTEN News team on February 1, 2009, just in time for Super Bowl XLIII on KTEN. While new to KTEN, the award-winning journalist has been a trusted and dedicated newscaster serving north Texas and southeastern Oklahoma for well over a decade.
Weather forecasting is provided by our award-winning chief meteorologist Alan Mitchell. Alan is the area's most experienced chief meteorologist, with over 11 years of forecasting at KTEN. Alan isn't go anywhere anytime soon... he just re-inked a new, multi-year deal with KTEN in April 2006. In January 2006, the Oklahoma Association of Broadcasters named KTEN News at 10 Winner of the 2005 OAB Non-Metro TV Weathercast Award. And in July 2006, the Texas AP Broadcasters have named KTEN News at 10 Winner of the 2005 Best Weathercast Award for TAPB TV Division 3.
In January 2008, Brian Goldman joined the KTEN News Team as Sports Director. Brian comes to Texoma from Eureka, California. He worked the same job in same TV market that former KTEN Sports Director Brandon Dunn worked. For all those fans of Brandon, this note: After 6 1/2 years at KTEN, Brandon took a Sports Director's job in Louisiana.
In June 2006, the Oklahoma Associated Press Broadcasters singled out KTEN News at 10 in the Best Sportscast category. KTEN Sports placed second, behind one Oklahoma City station and ahead of all other TV stations that cover Oklahoma news.
In May of 2007, KTEN News at 10 garnered the number one spot in Adults 18-34, among other key demographics. It's one of KTEN's fastest-growing newscasts, produced with the day's latest news, weather, health and medical news, and local sports.
