KTEN News Midday airs from 11am until Noon every weekday on KTEN-TV (analog Channel 10) and KTEN-DT (digital Channel 10.1).

KTEN News Midday is anchored by Sterling Riggs.

Sterling joins the KTEN news team from the sunny white beaches of Destin, Florida.  After four years working in the corporate world as COO of a local development company, Sterling decided to get back in the business.

KTEN News Midday is an hour-long newscast, produced with the day's latest local and world news, including features our Midday viewers enjoy, like cooking segments with national talent Mr. Food and gardening segments with the well-known gardening expert P. Allen Smith.

KTEN News Midday also has the distinction of being the first and only live, online newscast serving viewers in Grayson County, Texas, and the ten counties of southeastern Oklahoma.
