EULESS, Texas (AP) - A 32-year-old Hurst man has died in a car accident and Euless police have charged the driver of the vehicle with intoxication manslaughter.
The Fort Worth Star-Telegram reports a 2007 BMW had been traveling northbound early Saturday when it hit a utility pole and slid into a tree.
Police say the passenger died on the scene. His name was not immediately released.
Thirty-2-year-old Cody Worrell was treated at a hospital and then taken to the Euless Jail. An officer at the jail says Worrell left there around 2 p.m. Saturday after posting a $25,000 bond.
