LAWTON, Okla. (AP) - Health officials in Comanche County say swine flu complications likely led to the death of a Comanche County man.

The man's name and age were not released.

The county's health department says the man, who died Wednesday, had other medical conditions that put him at increased risk of complications from swine flu.

On Thursday, the Oklahoma State Health Department confirmed that a Cleveland County woman with a history of underlying medical conditions died of complications from swine flu. Her name wasn't released.

The woman's death is the fifth, and the man's would the sixth related to swine flu - also known as the H1N1 virus.

County health departments began distributing the first batch of 21,100 doses of vaccinations this week. Another 44,000 doses are expected to arrive in Oklahoma next week.
