A toddler nearly drowns in Cartwright, Oklahoma. Authorities say four-year-old Damien James of Bennington was not wearing a life jacket when he stepped off a 5-foot-drop. He was underwater for five minutes before he was found and given CPR. It happened around five o'clock Saturday afternoon at Platter Flats Primitive Area. He was flown to Children's Hospital in Dallas and is in serious condition. The Oklahoma Lake Patrol is now investigating.
